Virus outbreak 'very grave' in South Korea says Moon as number of cases rise

The novel coronavirus outbreak in South Korea is "very grave", says President Moon Jae-in, wearing the uniform of a government emergency official. Moon was speaking at a meeting with government officials in Daegu. More than 80 percent of the infections in the country have been in Daegu and neighbouring North Gyeongsang province.
