Traditional Vietnamese dish is made with fresh animal blood

Tiet Canh (or blood pudding) is a fresh dish in Mỹ Hào, Vietnam, of which the main material is blood from an animal (ducks, pigs, goats, etc.). To prevent premature coagulation, the blood is mixed with fish sauce or dilute salt water. The animal organs are boiled and chopped then put in a small bowl.

This is a favorite dish of people in the village of Vietnam.

There are two popular kinds of Vietnamese blood pudding – pig blood pudding and duck blood pudding.

This type of preparation is very popular in Vietnamese cuisine, from the North to the South. The blood pudding is certainly listed in the topmost scary dishes in the world.
