Spectators inside the world's biggest cricket stadium cheer and dance for US President Donald Trump and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi as the pair hold a rally in the western Indian city of Ahmedabad. The "Namaste Trump" event is part of Trump's first official visit to India, although some in the stadium crowd, unable to bear the afternoon heat, chose to leave midway through the president’s address.
