BOLT fights helmet law

BOLT member illustrate the stupidity within the helmet law while fighting for the right to choose; let the rider decide. Officer Love from the Vacaville PD was focusing on club members and their helmets. He violated their 4th Amendment and the guidelines set forth by the CHP. Helmet citation is an infraction...he was threatening them over an infraction. Helmet VC is in Division 12; same as tail lights. Imagine a cop threatening to arrest you over a tail light. Cops get away with this due to the ignorance in the motorcycle riding community
