Hongkonger opens face mask factory as shortage continues amid coronavirus epidemic

A new factory for making face masks started operating in Hong Kong, where there is a shortage of the protective coverings after demand and prices spiked in response to the coronavirus epidemic. An independent filmmaker who asked to be identified only as “Mr Tang” is behind the project, in hopes the production line can help keep supplies and costs in control as the outbreak continues.
