CCTV footage captures the moment a wall collapsed in Delhi killing one 32-year-old construction worker.

The footage filmed on February 16 shows the moment an under-construction wall slowly toppled over covering nearby workers in debris and dust.

According to officials, during investigation it was found that the wall collapsed due to digging work being carried out in the basement of the structure.
