China urges recovered patients to donate plasma as Covid-19 death toll rises above 2,000

China’s National Health Committee reported 1,749 new confirmed infections of the novel coronavirus and additional 136 deaths on February 18, 2020, as the global total death toll from Covid-19 reached 2,010.
