- 4 tbsp Corn Flour
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 cup Cabbage (Shredded)
- 1 Carrot (Shredded)
- 1 Spring Onion White (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp Ginger (chopped)
- 1/2 tsp Garlic (minced)

- Oil For frying

- 1 tbsp Cornflour
- 1 tbsp Water

- 2 -3 tbsp Oil
- 3 tbsp Garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp Ginger (Minced)
- 3 Green Chilies (Slit)
- 1 Spring Onion White (Sliced)
- 1 Capsicum (chopped)
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 Cup Vegetable Stock
- 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1/2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
