Crispy and Juicy Chicken Nuggets/Fry

Simple and effective home made Nuggets which is crispy and juicy like KFC or other restaurants. This can be done with materials available at home. This can be an excellent starters for functions and get together. Try this at home.

Ingredients:
Boneless Chicken - ~400 gms
For Marination overnight
Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp
Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Chilly Powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste

For 1st Coating
Maida - 3 tbsp
Corn Flour - 2 tbsp
Pepper - 1/2 tsp
Salt - Little

For 2nd Coating
Egg - 3

For 3rd Coating
Crushed Corn Flakes - 3 cups

Oil for frying
