David Letterman Interviews Mel Blanc 1982 - Looney Tunes - Animation Inspiration

Ever since I can remember, Looney Tunes was a source of inspiration. Even in elementary school I remember carrying around "The Art Looney Tunes Animation" and drawing scenes from old Bugs Bunny cartoons.

I recently came across this interview from 1982 (video says 1981, thanks Roger for the correction, Late Night with David Letterman debuted February 1, 1982) of Mel Blanc on David Letterman. Even in his 70's, Mel never lost those little voices. It amazes me how he could go from one to another so quickly and effortlessly.

Thanks for inspiration, Mel!

Chuck Jones, Friz Freleng, Bob Clampet, and Mel Blanc (among many others)
