Shah Faesal booked under Public Safety Act

Former IAS officer and chief of Jammu & Kashmir People's Movement Shah Faesal, who is under detention in Srinagar for the last six months, has been booked under the Public Safety Act, that allows detention without trial for up to three months and multiple extensions.
