But if the political experts are to be believed, Okhla, Seelampur, Mustafabad, Ballimaran and Matia Mahal are 5 seats where Muslim voters decide the victory and victory.

ऐसा दावा किया जाता है कि दिल्ली विधानसभा की 70 में से 10 सीट ऐसी हैं जहां हार-जीत को मुस्लिम वोटर प्रभावित करते हैं. लेकिन सियासी जानकारों की मानें तो सही मायनों में ओखला, सीलमपुर, मुस्तफाबाद, बल्लीमारान और मटिया महल 5 सीट ऐसी हैं जहां हार-जीत को मुस्लिम वोटर ही तय करते हैं.
