The opposition sought the govt's intervention on the top court's order that reservation in job promotion foe SCs and STs is not a fundamental right. The Congress has asked the govt to either file a review plea or amend the constitution. The opposition walked out while Social Justice Minister Thawar Chand Gehlot was addressing the matter.
