प्रमोशन में आरक्षण पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले के बाद विपक्ष नरेंद्र मोदी सरकार पर हमलावर हो गया है। कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी ने केंद्र सरकार को आरक्षण विरोधी बताते हुए कहा कि आरएसएस और बीजेपी आरक्षण खत्म करना चाहती है। उन्होंने कहा कि यह बीजेपी की आरक्षण खत्म करने की रणनीति है लेकिन कांग्रेस ऐसा नहीं होने देगी। कांग्रेस नेता राहुल गांधी इस मसले पर मोदी सरकार पर जमकर बरसे और कहा कि बीजेपी-RSS के डीएनए को आरक्षण चुभता है.
