Nirbhaya case: Patiala House court का Death Warrant जारी करने से इनकार |वनइंडिया हिंदी

No decision came today in the Nirbhaya case. The hearing was in the Supreme Court and in the Patiala House Court in Delhi. First the Supreme Court gave another date. Then the Patiala House Court refused to issue a new death warrant. However, the court said that after Tuesday, give a new application for the death warrant.

निर्भया केस में आज कोई फैसला नहीं आया. सुनवाई सुप्रीम कोर्ट में थी और दिल्ली की पटियाला हाउस कोर्ट में. पहले सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने एक और तारीख दी.. फिर पटियाला हाउस कोर्ट ने नया डेथ वारंट जारी करने से इनकार कर दिया. हालांकि कोर्ट ने ये जरुर कहा कि मंगलवार के बाद डेथ वारंट के लिए नई अर्जी दें..
