INGREDIENTS:
(Doses for 4 people)
1 kg of veal shoulder slices, butter, salt, pepper, 2 large sliced onions
one tablespoon canned tomato, half a glass of whiskey
chopped fresh herbs (marjoram, rosemary, thyme, parsley, sage)
PREPARATION:
Put the veal shoulder slices in the flour and cook in a pan with butter
Salt, pepper and add 2 large sliced onions
When the onions are shiny and transparent, add the tomato preserve in the whiskey
In a baking tin, chop (marjoram, rosemary, thyme, parsley, sage)
Pour the meat on it with its dip
Bake covered in medium oven for 120 degrees for about 90 minutes and serve hot
