Man in Italy SURFS on flooded street in Italy

A man in Verona, Italy decided the flooded road wouldn't stop him as he grabs a surfboard and takes to riding on the waves on the streets.
"It was May 2019, it was quite cold, as a hailstorm had just stopped, but it still was super windy and rainy. We stopped in the car park next to the exit of the motorway, as it was the safest spot to repair from that crazy hailstorm. One of the boys had the amazing idea to go for a surf on the road, with a wheeled surf we had in our car. The scenery as you can see from the video is quite crazy, wind, rain, trucks passing by and wild lightning in the sky. I was actually scared we were gonna get arrested so we did not go forward and run away," said the filmer.
