Future's Son Arrested for
Alleged Criminal Gang Activity Last month, Future's son, Jakobi Wilburn,
was charged with criminal gang activity,
criminal trespass and altered ID of a firearm. According to TMZ, he was allegedly in
possession of a gun with the serial number
scratched out at the time of his arrest. Jakobi, 17, who is being tried as an adult,
reportedly listed himself as indigent
in court documents and
requested a public defender. Future and Jakobi's mother,
Jessica Smith, will reportedly
cover the legal fees associated
with his arrest. Jakobi is the oldest
of Future's six children.
