INGREDIENTS:

200 g bresaola, 100 g parmesan cheese, 100 g champignon, little mustard
lemon, oil, salt, pepper
PREPARATION:
Put the bresaola cut finely on a serving dish
Distribute over the finely chopped grain and clean mushrooms cut into strips
