With just a week to go for the February 8 Delhi polls, Congress on Sunday released its manifesto for the forthcoming assembly election in Delhi.In the manifesto, Congress has proposed that it will also give free electricity up to 300 units if voted to power in Delhi and provide an unemployment allowance of Rs 5,000 to graduates and Rs 7,500 to post-graduates per month.

देश की राजधानी दिल्‍ली में विधानसभा चुनाव में अब महज कुछ ही दिन शेष हैं. इस बीच, प्रमुख दलों की ओर से घोषणापत्र जारी करने का सिलसिला भी जारी हो गया है. BJP के बाद अब कांग्रेस ने भी रविवार को चुनावी घोषणापत्र जारी कर दिया. कांग्रेस पार्टी ने दिल्‍ली की जनता से 300 यूनिट तक बिजली मुफ्त करने का वादा किया है. कांग्रेस ने वादा किया है कि अगर वह सत्ता में आती है तो NPR, NRC लागू नहीं किया जाएगा।
