Try this Beef Liver Recipe Once & you will never forget the taste | subtitled

Today's recipe is very delicious Masala Liver Karahi

to make Masala Liver Karahi we need:
1 Kg Beef Liver,
2 Tomatoes (blended),
½ cup Yogurt (whisked),
½ cup Oil,
3 green Chilies (julienne cut),
1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste (full),
1 medium sized Onion (chopped),
1 tsp Red Pepper Powder,
1 tsp Red Pepper Flakes,
1 tsp Coriander Seeds (roasted & crushed),
1 tsp Cumin (roasted & crushed),
½ tsp Turmeric,
1 tsp Cumin,
1 tsp sun-dried fenugreek leaves,
1 tsp Salt,
1 tsp Garam Masala Powder,
& 2 tbsp Vinegar or Lemon Juice


Method:
- After washing the liver thoroughly put it in water drainer for an hour so all the water drains out.
- Now add half of the ginger garlic paste & vinegar in the liver.
- Mix it to marinate for 15 minutes.

in the mean while we'll prepare the gravy
- turn on the flame & add oil in pan.
- Add Onion once oil is heated up.
- Lightly fry the onion then add ginger garlic paste & fry for a minute.
- add whole cumin & julienne cut green chilies, fry these.
- add marinated liver in it
- After a minute, now add dry spices, red pepper, red pepper flakes, coriander, cumin & turmeric
- salt will be added in last because if salt added now
- the color of liver darkens & also it will get too hard
- now fry the liver with spices
- Add blended tomatoes after 1 minute frying.
- now add whisked yogurt mix it.
- cover & let it cook for 3~4 minutes at medium flame
- now add fenugreek leaves, salt & garam masala powder
- mix these all.
- cover & simmer for 2 minutes at low flame
- After two minutes turn off the flame.
- liver is well cooked, oil separated
