Fisherman catches mystery sea monster with 'three legs' in creepy footage

A creepy sea monster caught by a young fisherman has astounded the internet with people unable to explain it.
The footage shows the slimy creature with what appears to be tentacles like an octopus.
But only three are visible compared to an octopus' eight.

The creature seems small as it is no bigger than the width of two planks of wood.
A voice – which seems to be overlayed onto the footage – says: “What the hell, what is that? Mum, do you see this?”
His mum then responds: “Holy s***, what the hell is that?”
It is not clear where the clip was taken but it been seen more than 1.3million times since it was posted to TikTok by Nataliia Vorobok.
Viewers immediately flocked to the comments section to voice their thoughts.
“Stranger Things,” one simply wrote, referencing the hit Netflix drama which features plenty of weird and wonderful creatures.
Another questioned: “Why is he so close to it?”
A third added: “Some kind of octopus mixed with a squirrel.”
Some viewers urged the fisherman to stop filming and throw it back in the water.
“Ugh put it back in the water and let it live,” one wrote.
Another agreed, saying: “It is an animal that is in pain and dying.”
