फिल्म अभिनेत्री और निर्देशक नंदिता दास ने CAA और NRC का विरोध करते हुए कहा कि दोनों को जोड़ना बेहद खतरनाक है। उन्होंने कहा कि ये बांटने वाला कानून है। देश में ऐसा पहली बार हो रहा है कि लोगों को धर्म के नाम पर बांटा जा रहा है। नंदिता दास ने CAA और NRC के खिलाफ बढ़ते विरोध का समर्थन करते हुए कहा कि दिल्ली की तरह देश में हर जगह शाहीन बाग बन रहे हैं।
