Union Minister Sanjeev Balyan, known to get away with incendiary and divisive comments, declared on Wednesday that he knew the "right cure" for students of Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) and JamiaMilliaIslamia, where there were clashes recently during protests against the citizenship law. Set aside 10 per cent seats in the universities for people from western Uttar Pradesh, he said at a public rally.
