The reason why the CPU's don't attack the bosses, is because they aren't coded as actual characters. When no one is in the match, CPU's will do nothing but taunt. However, for some reason they will sometimes dodge Petey's cage attack, which means at one point, CPU's were planned to fight bosses, but was cut early in development. I used a Control Bosses code to make a CPU fight Tabuu.
