Hong Kong protest supporters hold independent Lunar New Year fairs across the city

Nearly a dozen independent Lunar New Year fairs have sprung up across Hong Kong after  in January 2020 the city’s government introduced new rules banning the sale of dry goods,  including politically themed products in a bid to ease tensions amid the ongoing protests.
