Wild snake sparks chaos darting through family's kitchen in Cambodia

A wild snake sparked chaos after rampaging through a family's kitchen.
The 6ft long serpent was seen coiled up on top of the air conditioning unit at the house in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
Locals converged on the room to catch the radiated rat snake, which dropped down and darted through the pots and pans.
It was then captured and taken outside before being released on December 19.
Resident Ah Cheasaid she saw the snakes tail and ran outside to ask neighbours for help.
She said: ''I was standing next to the rice cooker to prepare breakfast when I saw something moving above my head.
''I think the snake had been sleeping there all night and I woke them up.''
