INGREDIENTS & PROCESS:
¼ CUP SUGAR
2 TSP WATER
MIX WELL
COOK UNTIL CARAMALIZED
POUR IN A HEAT-PROF CERAMIC BOWL
1 CUP YOGURT
1 CUP MILK
¾ CUP CONDENSED MILK
1 TBSP CUSTARD POWDER
½ TSP VANILLA EXTRACT
MIX WELL
POUR THE MIXTURE IN BOWL
PLACE A WIRE STAND ON A CURRY PAN
POUR SOME HOT BOILED WATER
PLACE THE BOWL & COVER
STEAM IT FOR 25-30 MIN. ON LOW MEDIUM FLAME
AFTER COOL DOWN KEEP IN REFRIGERATOR FOR 2 HOURS.
CAREFULLY REMOVE THE PUDDING
