This is the shocking moment a driver was spotted in the East of England travelling down the highway with his car hood open, covering his windscreen.
According to the filmer, the driver was travelling at 60mph along the A1 dual carriageway in Bedfordshire when he was spotted on December 23.
"This is the only time I’ve ever seen anything like it. I couldn’t get the phone out quick enough. It happened just before Christmas on the way to work, we were travelling down the A1 in Bedfordshire and we see this guy travelling at 60mph with his bonnet up covering his screen. We came to a roundabout with services and assumed he’d be stopping but he didn’t, he stayed in the traffic queue, negotiating the roundabout and continued at speed with bonnet up on his journey," the filmer told Newsflare.
