आम बजट-2020 के दस्तावेजों की छपाई हलवा रस्म के साथ आज शुरू हो जाएगी.वित्तमंत्री निर्मला सीतारमण आज नॉर्थ ब्लॉक में हलवा रस्म की मेजबानी करेंगी, जिसके साथ बजट दस्तावेजों की छपाई का काम शुरू होगा. हलवा रस्म के दौरान लोहे के बड़े बर्तन में हलवा तैयार किया जाता है और वित्तमंत्री समेत वित्त मंत्रालय के कर्मचारियों को हलवा बांटा जाता है
