The BCCI not awarding him a central contract raised doubts whether he will return to the field in India jersey. However, his participation in the Indian Premier League (IPL) is absolutely certain with the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) owner N Srinivasan confirming the same. MS Dhoni has been at the helm for the CSK ever since the inception of the cash-rich T20 league and the Men in Yellow have made it to the playoffs in every year.
