Jammu Kashmir : DSP Davinder Singh पर NIA ने दर्ज किया केस, Delhi में होगी पूछतााछ | वनइंडिया हिंदी

The National Investigation Agency has registered a case against Devinder Singh, DSP of Jammu and Kashmir arrested with terrorists under various sections of Arms Act, Unlawful Activities Prevention Act including possessing explosive substances. Cases have been registered under 18,19,20, 38 and 39.


नेशनल इन्वेस्टीगेशन एजेंसी ने आतंकवादियों के साथ गिरफ्तार जम्मू और कश्मीर के डीएसपी देविंदर सिंह के खिलाफ आर्म्स एक्ट, विस्फोटक पदार्थ रखने समेत अनलॉफुल एक्टिविटी प्रिवेंशन एक्ट की कई धाराओं के तहत केस दर्ज किया है.सूत्रों से मिली जानकारी के मुताबिक देविंदर सिंह पर uapa की धारा 18,19,20, 38 और 39 के तहत मामला दर्ज किया गया है.
