BS-VI pricing makes it hard to expect quick recovery in auto sector, says Minoru Katu of Honda Motorcycles India

"This is the most difficult time for the auto industry as it transitions from BS-IV to BS-VI engines"- that's the word coming in from Honda Motorcycles. Speaking to CNBC-TV18’s Alisha Sachdev, Minoru Katu, president and CEO of Honda Motorcycles India said that many customers might wait for discounts on BS-IV vehicles and many might wait for BS-VI vehicles which he feels might impact sales.
