Expect world growth to pick up from 2019 levels, says former RBI governor Raghuram Rajan

Former Reserve Bank of India’s (RBI) governor Raghuram Rajan does not expect global growth to bloom in 2020 but is estimating a pick up from 2019 levels. He also said India's budget is likely to focus on structural reforms.
