Indefinite internet ban is abuse of power: SC on J&K restrictions

Today Supreme Court delivered a verdict on petitions on situation in J&K after abrogation of Article 370, speaking on this Advocate Shadan Farasat said that SC said that indefinite internet ban is not permissible under our Constitution, it is an abuse of power. “The Court said that indefinite internet ban by the State is not permissible under our Constitution and it is an abuse of power,” said Advocate Sadan Farasat.
