Article 370 :J&K में पाबंदियों पर Supreme Court ने कहा- Internet पर नहीं लगा सकते पाबंदी | वनइंडिया

Internet and other restrictions were heard in the Supreme Court in Jammu and Kashmir ... wherein the court clearly said that the government cannot shut down the internet for such indefinite period. Along with this, the Jammu and Kashmir administration has been asked to review all the prohibition orders within a week. The court has considered the use of internet as part of the right to expression. The Supreme Court says that the internet cannot be banned without any reason.

जम्मू-कश्मीर में इंटरनेट और अन्य पाबंदियों पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट में सुनवाई हुई..जिसमें कोर्ट ने साफ कहा कि इंटरनेट को सरकार ऐसे अनिश्चितकाल के लिए बंद नहीं कर सकती। इसके साथ ही जम्मू कश्मीर प्रशासन से पाबंदी लगानेवाले सभी आदेशों को एक हफ्ते के अंदर रिव्यू करने को कहा गया है। कोर्ट ने इंटरनेट के इस्तेमाल को अभिव्यक्ति के अधिकार का हिस्सा माना है।सुप्रीम कोर्ट का कहना है कि बिना वजह इंटरनेट पर बैन नहीं लगाया जा सकता है।
