Two black McDonald's executives filed a lawsuit claiming they faced discrimination at the fast-food giant.
They're also suing for being retaliated against for speaking out the unequal treatment of black franchisees.
McDonald's black franchisees' have claimed their stores net roughly $68,000 less per month than the system-wide average.
Vicki Guster-Hines and Domineca Neal are two McDonald's operations officers based in Dallas, Texas.
