In this video we present Dhobi Ghat. Dhobi Ghat is an open air Laundromat located in Mumbai, the mega city of India.
It is interesting to see that in the midst of modern automated machine work hundreds of washer men washing huge measure of soiled cloths and linen. by hands in traditional method.

Every day awakening early in the morning hundreds of workers get involved in active work of cleaning the soiled clothes and linen in 1026 open-air troughs. Both men and women washing clothes in the big sinks by hands. This work has been going on for centuries.
