Students from left parties were attacked allegedly by right-wing ABVP members inside the JNU campus on Sunday night amid police and security presence. No arrests have been made so far in the brutal attacks that were launched on several students including JNUSU president Aishe Ghosh. Instead, two FIRs have been filed against Aishe Ghosh and Saket Moon, the Vice President of JNUSU, for attacking security guards and vandalising a server room on January 4. On this issue, professor Apoorvanad of the University of Delhi argues why has JNU become the enemy of the right-wing and the government?
