A snowboarder based in Norway films his descent down a mountain in Trysil with a stunning picturesque sunset hanging above the clouds on December 27.

Nicholas Løken, @nikkoloken on Instagram, records as he makes his way down the icy path showing the stunning sunset sitting just above the blanket of clouds.

Løken told Newsflare: "I have snowboarded for 11 years and I've not seen a scene like this before."
