About the video - It is found that few of the medical practitioners provide Prescriptions such as 3 days of IFT, Ultrasound, SWD etc with only few basic exercises for particular number of days. This is the first hurdle in the recovery of the patients. It is the job of a Physiotherapist and comes under the scope of Physiotherapy Practice on what treatments needed to be followed by Physiotherapist for a patient based on the Physiotherapy(PT) Assessment & PT diagnosis.
The PT diagnosis is different from the other medico professional diagnosis. Physios treatment depends upon the patient's Physiological, contextual, Sociological, Postural, Functional and various other parameters. Physios work upon improving Muscle Flexibility, Muscle Strength, Endurance, Neuro-Muscular Coordination, Cardio Vascular endurance , Balance, Ergonomics, etc.
