Palace: Full deployment ban of OFWs, cutting ties with Kuwait to depend on Bello’s recommendation

Malacañang said it will rely on Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello III’s recommendation if the Philippines should stop sending overseas Filipino workers (OFWs) to Kuwait following the death of another OFW in the Gulf state over the holidays.
