We are balls deep in soup SZN. It snowed in NYC last night and I needed a solid, one-pot meal I could reheat this weekend. So I made an extremely easy soup. Mexican beef n cabbage soup. A head of cabbage, A lb. of ground beef, some peppers, beef broth, a little water and a few cans of green chilies and that’s a wrap!
