Hong Kong’s benchmark Hang Seng Index will rise to 30,000 points in 2020, according to analyst Kenny Wen. Looking ahead to the new year, the wealth management strategist at Everbright Sun Hung Kai also said investors should look at pharmaceuticals, some of which delivered spectacular gains in 2019. Speaking with the South China Morning Post, Wen advised investors to buy on dips, avoid chasing rallies and focus on company fundamentals in 2020.
