A new study has found that kids who drink whole milk have a lower risk of being overweight or obese.
They that whole milk-drinking kids were 40% less likely to have an unhealthy weight than their skim milk drinking peers.
According to UPI, their results were based on the analysis of data from 28 studies.
The new findings challenge international guidelines that recommend children consume reduced-fat milk.
