Former India cricketer Sunil Gavaskar is going to get a big shock. Maharashtra Residential and Regional Development Authority has prepared to withdraw the lease of plot of 21,348 square feet in Bandra. Let us know that this plot was allotted to Sunil Gavaskar Cricket Foundation Trust 31 years ago to build the Indoor Cricket Academy. Milind Mahaskar, vice chairman and chief executive officer of Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority, told The Indian Express that the authority has approached the government to cancel this allocation.

टीम इंडिया के पूर्व क्रिकेटर सुनील गावस्कर को बड़ा झटका लगने वाला है. महाराष्ट्र आवासीय व क्षेत्रीय विकास प्राधिकरण ने बांद्रा में 21,348 स्‍क्वायर फुट के प्लॉट की लीज वापस लेने की तैयारी कर ली है. बता दें कि सुनील गावस्कर क्रिकेट फाउंडेशन ट्रस्ट को ये प्लॉट 31 साल पहले इंडोर क्रिकेट एकेडमी बनाने के लिए आवंटित किया गया था. महाराष्ट्र हाउसिंग एंड एरिया डेवलपमेंट अथॉरिटी के उपाध्यक्ष और चीफ एग्जीक्यूटिव ऑफिसर मिलिंद म्हासकर ने इंडियन एक्सप्रेस को बताया कि अथॉरिटी ने इस आवंटन को रद्द करने के लिए सरकार का दरवाजा खटखटाया है.
