2019 national elections: Revisiting the fieriest political battle

2019 saw an action packed year when speaking of politics in India. The Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) came back strong in Lok Sabha election of 2019 with a whopping 302 seats, reaching the majority mark by themselves. The year also saw a sea of alliances with the opposition parties joining hands to fight the BJP mahout. CNBC-TV18’s Archana Shukla takes us through the major political events this year.
