A heavy police presence is seen in the Brooklyn neighborhood of Crown Heights, after Mayor Bill de Blasio announced new protection measures in the wake of another attack on a New York Jewish community. A stabbing at a rabbi's home in upstate New York on Hanukkah is the latest in a spate of attacks.
