Kickboxer Gets Hit in Head While Practicing as Heavy Boxes Fall From Shelf

This guy was practicing kickboxing inside a room. He was throwing some punches and knee strikes on the punching bag. Suddenly, a heavy box fell from the shelf directly hitting the athlete's head hard.
