• 250 grm boiled aloo (boiled potato)
• 1/2tsp namak (salt)
• 1 cup besan (chickpea flour)
• 1 tbsp koti mirch (crushed red chili)
•1 tsp kali mirch powder (black pepper powder)
• 1 tsp zira (cumin)
• 3 tbs chopped hara dahnia (coriander leaves)
• 3-2 chopped hari mirch (green chili)
• 1 medium size chopped piyaz (onion)
• 1 anda (egg)
• 1 oil for frying
